We want you to love every Ember & Iron blend. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Right to Cancel & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of delivery, no reason required.
The fastest way to request a return is online: account.emberandiron.eu → find your order → "Return items." You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your request is submitted.
You can also request a return by emailing support@emberandiron.cz — please include your order number.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll refund the full purchase price, including standard shipping, within 14 days, to your original payment method. Return shipping is free — we cover the cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@emberandiron.cz. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
