🛒Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Ember & Iron Garlic Crush
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Lemon wedges for serving (optional)
🔥Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. If needed, pound them to an even thickness for more even cooking.
2. Season generously
Brush both sides with olive oil, then coat evenly with Ember & Iron Garlic Crush. Allow the chicken to rest for 10–15 minutes while the grill heats.
3. Preheat the grill
Heat the grill to medium-high (200–230°C / 400–450°F). Clean and lightly oil the grates.
4. Grill the chicken
Cook for 6–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F). Avoid flipping more than once to develop a beautiful crust.
5. Finish with garlic butter
While the chicken rests, melt the butter in a small pan. Stir in the minced garlic, parsley, and lemon juice. Spoon the warm garlic butter over each chicken breast.
6. Rest and serve
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing to keep it juicy.
💡Pro Tip
For extra flavor, Use a fork and poke holes or score the chicken. Marinate the chicken in olive oil and Garlic Crush for up to 4 hours before grilling. The seasoning penetrates the meat and creates an even richer garlic flavor.
