- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 4 brioche burger buns

🔥Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the patties
Place the ground beef in a large bowl. Sprinkle with Ember & Iron Campfire Steak and Worcestershire sauce. Gently mix until just combined, avoid overworking the meat.
Divide into four equal portions and shape into patties about ¾ inch thick. Press a shallow thumbprint into the center of each patty to help prevent shrinking during cooking.
2. Preheat the grill
Heat your grill to medium-high (200–230°C / 400–450°F). Clean and lightly oil the grates.
3. Grill the burgers
Place the patties over direct heat and cook for approximately 4–5 minutes per side for medium doneness. During the final minute, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each burger and close the lid until melted.
Cook to an internal temperature of:
- Medium: 71°C (160°F)
- Well Done: 74°C (165°F)
4. Toast the buns
Lightly brush the cut sides of the buns with olive oil and toast them on the grill for 30–60 seconds until lightly golden.
5. Assemble
Spread your favorite sauce on the toasted buns. Add lettuce, the burger patty, tomato, onion, and pickles. Finish with the top bun.
6. Serve
Serve immediately while hot with your favorite sides.
💡Pro Tip
For the juiciest burgers, avoid pressing down on the patties while they cook. This forces out the flavorful juices and can dry out the meat. Let the grill do the work and flip each burger only once.
